General Details
COMPANY OVERVIEW:
The ideal candidates will be responsible for supporting customer users in high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for testing such applications and forward customer requests to the Development department.
Responsibilities:
- Receive customer requests, by phone or by visiting the customer
- Recording in our company's ticketing system and business analysis
- Forward to the Development department, cooperation with developers for clarification
- Testing new applications functionality
- Informing customers to implement requests
New projects:
- Create a team for a project
- Get customization and application initialization instructions
- Performing system customization tasks directly to the customer
- Performing system initialization tasks on the customer
- User training in applications
- Users Support when launching new applications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Customer Support experience, at least one year
- Greek language
Costumers Location: In and out of Attica region
