We are looking for a Front Office Administrator to join our team!

Αρμοδιότητες

What will a typical day look like? You will:

  • Provide administrative & secretarial support 
  • Greet visitors/clients with a positive and professional attitude 
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Coordinate office activities and operations 
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events
  • Make travel arrangements for the senior colleagues
  • Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties
  • Order office supplies & consumables (stationery etc.)
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • 1+ year prior experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Outlook
  • Professionalism & consistency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Management & multitasking skills
