  • 365 (16/7) Rotated Shifts
  • Provide assistance and consulting to our customers via Voice, Email and Chat.
  • Own each help request, treating each customer with care, realness, integrity.
  • Document relevant details to help customers and your colleagues with future requests.
  • Target in first contact resolution, if first call resolution cannot be met, properly code trouble tickets for escalation to 2nd level support.
  • Provide customer feedback to Supervisors and Managers in order to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
