So what’s the challenge…

The Credit Control Officer will contribute to the daily operations of the Credit Control Team, overseeing all agents’ activity and supporting all relevant processes and projects in order to contribute in the optimal operational activity of the team.

job description iconResponsibilities

Your day to day will include:

  • Addressing the needs of daily operations such as agents communication for payments transactions, settlement of agents accounts, reconciliation of payments, debts monitoring and collection etc.
  • Implementing company’s credit policy
  • Performing accounting entries and creates files for ERP batch entries
  • Performing agents’ invoicing
  • Preparing payments schedules for loans disbursed to agents and/or restructurings and monitors loans and restructurings repayment
  • Communicating and collaborating effectively internally with various stakeholders (sales, accounting, Technology, payments etc.)
  • Controling and monitoring bank checks receivables
  • Performing ad hoc and regular analysis
  • Using company’s applications (with an emphasis on ERP) and proposing changes for performance optimization
  • Performing monitoring and reconciliation of company’s applications related to credit control’s opertions
  • Participating in the team’s projects and acting as a key user of applications

job requirements iconBasic Requirements

What you need to succeed:

  • BSc in Finance, Business or relevant field. 
  • 2-5 years in business finance, banking or credit control
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills with an eye for the detail
  • Ability to work effectivelly under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A genuine team player able to effectivelly collaborate with a diverse group of people
  • Results driven and self-motivated with passion, energy and positive attitude
  • Customer service excellence with accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and presentatation skills both in English and Greek languages (written and oral)
  • Advanced MS Excel user
  • Knowledgeable in MS Word, Powerpoint and other MS Office application
  • Fullfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
