We are currently growing our team and we seek for an ambitious individual to join BF team, in Halandri, on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate shall perform a wide range of Compensation, Benefits and Mobility Data Services. 

job description iconResponsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in renewing, prospecting and expanding the clients within one or more industry sectors in our portfolio
  • Support the business development and sales of rewards products/services in Greece
  • Support rewards consulting projects across domains like job evaluation, grade design, salary structure design, compensation/benefits benchmarking, custom wage studies, etc. by working closely with project managers in the team
  • Primary or secondary research, data analysis to build on the industry landscape and rewards expertise in order to support the pre/post surveys meetings along with the Industry leader/manager
  • Assist in publishing of the annual compensation survey for various industries by reviewing the industry level data that shall be shared by survey operations team, along with industry leader/manager
  • Scan the competitiveness of the products and services and ensure informed decision making for your industry growth


Required Skills/ Experience:

  • University Degree, MSc Degree in HR or MBA will be an asset
  • Exposure in Rewards analysis positions will be an asset
  • Excellent Greek & English communication skills (written/spoken)
  • Professionalism and customer service oriented
  • Ability to build rapport easily and maintain relationships
  • Ability to work in a large team and with different stakeholders
  • Excellent use of MS Office (Expert level in Excel is critical)
  • Ability to learn and work on new technological platforms is an advantage
  • Target driven and motivated
