We are looking for a German Speaking Account Manager who will be responsible for the management of our clients Amazon Seller Central Accounts.

Your main responsibilities will be the German & English Customer Support, the coordination and communication with our Italian, French & Spanish Agents, the communication with our clients', and the set-up and management of Amazon Pay Per Click campaigns (Amazon PPC ads are similar to Google ads).

Responsibilities include:

  • Reply to German & English customer messages & handle different tasks in Amazon Seller Central
  • Manage & oversee our Italian, French & Spanish Customer Support Agents.
  • Create, execute and optimize product search and display advertising for Amazon listings; display advertising primarily consists of sponsored ads, headline search ads, and product display ads.
  • Conduct an audit of existing listings and identify opportunities and execute strategies to increase organic rank, conversions, sales, and margin; execute bid changes based on performance.
  • Conduct keyword research to define relevant keywords and build product listings based on keyword research.
  • Using various reporting tools, consistently measure listings success in terms of rank, sales velocity, conversions, profit and ROI; optimize listings until client’s goals are met and maintain listing performance.
  • Continually research and define best practices for optimizing listings on Amazon; stay ahead of Amazon trends, rollouts and changes.
  • Be a self-starter able to show initiative, multi-task, prioritize, stay organized and meet client deadlines.
  • Communicate with team members and receive feedback with poise and positivity.
job requirements iconBasic Requirements

dot_icon• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.

dot_icon• You should be able to organize your work without supervision.

dot_icon• Ability to think outside the box and be very analytical when providing strategic, yet creative solutions, to solve client problems.

dot_icon• Experience in developing success metrics for campaigns(e.g., KPIs) and ability to analyze and report on campaign progress.

dot_icon• Experience in managing and executing ads on Google or Facebook will be considered a huge plus

dot_icon• Agency branding experience is highly desired.
