Your Role

As a Junior Research Executive at Explorer Research, you will be developing insightful reports based on based on both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.

Your primary role will be working with a senior team to execute day-to-day project needs and develop new business. Specifically, you will:

  •  Assist in conducting focus groups
  • Assist in creating research implements (surveys, experiments, qualitative guides)
  • Analyze quantitative data
  • Assist with the design and content of client deliverables
  • Facilitate training workshops and client working sessions
  • Develop market research and marketing expertise and knowledge on client projects

job requirements iconBasic Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience in a market research role, working with clients
  • A Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Economics, Psychology, Product Development, Market Research) with a solid marketing knowledge and interest in market research
  • Oral and written proficiency in English
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (i.e., emails, Powerpoint, meetings, presentations, etc)
  • Strong passion for Market Research, problem solving, and a desire to understand and apply how consumers make decisions
  • Demonstrating strong familiarity with the executional elements of qualitative and quantitative research
  • Understanding statistical software (Excel, SPSS, STATA, R, etc.) to perform data analysis and create data visualizations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and can-do spirit; willingness to challenge conventional thinking
  • Works well with others in a close-team environment – open to providing and receiving feedback
