  • Contribute and execute a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Track & improve business development processes
  • Promote the company’s products/services (upselling) addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Arrange and participate in business meetings with prospective clients
  • Monitor competition - industry trends, bring back knowledge and come up with relevant suggestions
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
job requirements iconBasic Requirements
  • Degree in business administration, marketing or related filed
  • Proven working experience in business development as an account manager or a relevant role (ideally in an agency)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication both in Greek and in English
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
