job description iconResponsibilities

His / her primary responsibilities will be to plan and implement each client’s everyday digital marketing plan. The role includes a multichannel approach as the candidate will work with a variety of digital tools, such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Email Marketing Platforms, Affiliate Networks and Google Analytics on a daily basis. He / she would also provide consultation and guidance to the customers, aiming to further expand and develop their business and their revenues. Finally, the candidate will be acting as a point of contact between Sleed and the Customer for issues related to the accounts that are under his/her jurisdiction.

Responsibilities:
• Day-to-Day Delivery / Digital Marketing Actions
- Build AdWords and Social Campaigns ( Facebook, Instagram ) from scratch based on client’s goals
- Set up remarketing lists & guidance for correct implementation of tracking tags.
- Design, implement and report clients Search Engine Optimizations plan
- Plan and execute clients email marketing campaigns
- Perform monthly reports to evaluate the performance in terms of revenue growth for both the customer and the company
- Perform keyword research and optimization to increase account’s performance.

• Communications
- Work closely with the rest of team members in order to effectively run 360 project
- Work closely with client’s graphics team in terms of briefing and graphics delivery
- Work closely with client’s technical team in terms of briefing and technical delivery
- Work closely with other partners of Sleed relatively to tools and/or campaigns

• 360 Digital Marketing Approach & optimization / Digital Marketing Strategy
- Evaluate ad landing pages, ad copies and ad graphics in order to make suggestions to improve ad relevance.
- Setting goals and adjusting performance measuring around these goals
- Participating in budgeting of digital campaigns
- Implement cross-channel performance marketing strategy to increase conversions for client’s account while improving ROI.
- Monitor closely competition and market landscape to identify opportunities
- Discover new tools, develop new methods and processes that will further optimize service delivery process and increase customer satisfaction.

The skills and expertise that will be required to carry out everyday responsibilities are a mix of a marketing, technology and business, with a good knowledge of how things work in the Internet.
Moreover, the ideal candidate would have an entrepreneurial attitude, as he/she will continuously search, analyze and propose solutions to both the company and their clients.

  • 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce & Digital Performance Marketing
  • Established sense of duty and ownership
  • Fluent in Greek & English
  • Communication and presentation skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing or Statistics
