We are looking for a passionate Junior Customer Support Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, and take or enter orders
  • Refer unresolved customer questions to designated departments for further investigation
  • Resolve customers' questions about the timeline of the delivery of their order
  • Receive orders from customers and register them in the company's ERP
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Cooperate with Sales Agents & Sales Engineers
  • Help your coworkers with some administrative tasks

Basic Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Vehicle as a means of transport to Ialonet's offices

  • Management & multitasking skills

Good to have

  • Experience as a CS Assistant or similar junior CS role
  • Experience with any ERP platform, but most preferable with Soft1
