Of course as a helpful person you may also help in office administration tasks. job requirements iconBasic Requirements
  • Ability to quickly understand technology and be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in non-technical terms to business people
  • Proficiency in English (yes, they will ask you in English where the "coffee" is)
  • Studies in a subject such as marketing/mathematics/informatics would be nice but not required

  • Ideal candidate will have a successful track record of establishing, and growing client relationships
  • Preferably 2 years in the customer support/client success function at a software or SaaS company.
