Some of the candidate's tasks are :

-Support Sales Engineers and   Customer service department by managing various customer enquiries via phone and mainly via email

-Provide technical- based  answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

-Create sales quotes

-Manage and process various customer enquiries, make follow-ups

  • At least to 2 years of relevant working experience in a Sales Department or Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills, polite , customer-centric culture
  • Computer literate, English fluently
