What does a typical day look like? 

You will be a part of the team that works with our biggest clients in the engineering/mechanical sector! Especially you will: 

• Manage the recruitment plan and actions for each project
• Communicate with stakeholders, give follow ups and reporting regarding the process 
• Coordinate our awesome team which dealing with the engineering positions 
• Carrying out employer branding actions for our clients
• Research conduction about best practices and current salaries on the respective market

• Work with multinational clients from various industries on complex problems
• Be the driving force of change that will move the company to the next level of delivery excellence
