We are looking for an IT Business Support Specialist to join our Team, communicating in Italian language with our business customers from Italy.

  • Provide first line customer service on Retail software solutions
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate briefings
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions remotely
  • Reading and implementing specific procedures stated in user manuals or scoping documents
  • Troubleshoot, debug and apply fixes
  • Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
  • Comply with project plans and industry standards

job requirements iconBasic Requirements
  • BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Positive Sciences or relative field
  • At least 1 year of related experience in support desk, or equivalent combination of customer support and customer satisfaction/experience services
  • Fluency in Italian
  • Understanding of technical subjects specifically for Retail operations
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Applications infrastructure and database systems (SQL Server, Oracle)
  • Extensive knowledge in an MS Windows platform and peripherals
  • Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
  • Excellent team worker with customer service orientation
  • Commitment to ongoing personal development
  • Fulfilled military obligations (where applicable)
