PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
At SAP Customer Experience which is the strategic business for SAP, we enable our customers to deliver consistent, contextual, and relevant experiences to their customers regardless of channel or device throughout the entire customer journey and we connect the back office to the front office; the demand to the supply chain. SAP C/4HANA – the next generation CRM Suite - is poised to change the face of customer interactions for businesses across the globe. By combining our leading products such as SAP Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Service and Customer Data Cloud into the powerful SAP C/4HANA suite that also contains our latest acquisitions incl. job description iconResponsibilities

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Support preparation of internal/external solution demonstrations

• Customize and enhance SAP C/4HANA solutions using available tools

• Convey technical information in a clear and precise manner to internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders, such as subject-matter experts, user experience (UX), development, validation, and product support, as applicable

• Actively collaborate and communicate with external stakeholders such as customers and partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BSC or MSC Student in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Ability to take initiative and work independently

• Experience creating social media and multimedia assets will be an added Advantage

• The ability to work to tight deadlines, deliver on time, and ensure high quality

• Strong communication skills

• Excellent written and spoken skills in English.
