We seek for a new member to join our Technical Support team. You will be directly engaged with customers to provide support, troubleshoot and handle reported issues and will also be responsible for maintaining top-level documentation and a reference knowledge base for our customers. To have full visibility on the internals and complexities of the infrastructure you will be responsible for monitoring health status and performance for all components ranging from hardware and networking to virtualization platform and end-user services. The role reports directly to the head of the Technical support and involves working in shifts and rotating stand-by during non-working days.

  • Direct customer engagement according to agreed SLA via telephone, e-mail, trouble tickets and any other means offered to customers.
  • Meticulous and prompt response to infrastructure health check and performance alerts.
  • Maintain internal documentation.
  • Maintain customer knowledge base.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings with Systems Operations and Engineering team and managers. 
  • Participate in rotating shifts (07:00 – 23:00 Monday – Friday) and on a rolling on-call schedule for weekends and 23:00 – 07:00.

job requirements iconBasic Requirements
  • Good understanding of Internet services
  • Good knowledge of any operating systems (preferably Linux)
  • Ability to give clear and precise instructions for web services configuration (ex. E-mail)
  • Ability to write precise technical documents
  • Knowledge of cPanel & Plesk control panels’ functions
  • Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL/MariaDB)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of English Language (written and oral)

  • Professional certification(s) in any relative field
  • Experience in any similar position
