As our Operation Engineer, the primary function of your role is to provide continuous feedback on bugs and issues, cooperating with all departments (Project Managers, Front-end and Back-end developers).

  • Identify operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results
  • Investigating complaints and suggestions
  • Complete troubleshooting procedures
  • Analyze business requirements and program automated scripts to provide end-user support
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
  • Perform MongoDB queries for the project’s reporting & troubleshooting needs
  • Contribute towards the maintenance of active releases
  • Participate in brainstorming internal meetings

job requirements iconBasic Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • At least 1 year of work experience in similar position
  • Linux CLI basic knowledge
  • Basic JavaScript knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Versatile and open-minded personality, able to communicate with all departments
good to have iconGood to have
  • Working knowledge on any SQL or NoSQL language. Experienced in MongoDB will be an asset
