Yuboto is a leading developer and provider of integrated cutting-edge mobile marketing services and telecom services and is looking to hire a Technical Support Engineer.

The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to Yuboto customers while using our mobile marketing and VoIP services.

Main tasks will be:

  • Offering phone or email technical customer support
  • Providing setup and troubleshooting instructions
  • Finding troubleshooting methods

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of Linux
  • Excellent knowledge of Asterisk call centers
  • Ability to build new interconnections
  • Very good knowledge of SIP protocol
  • Analyzing SIP traces using Wireshark
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Experience in a similar position

 

Required Skills:

  • Ease to communicate with customers in Greek and English
  • Ability to solve and manage difficult problems
