We are looking for Technical Solutions Specialist to be responsible for customer support and engagement of Netronix's product line. The individual will field calls & support tickets from our global network of partners and customers to facilitate resolution of their needs.  He/She can work from home if he/she has computer access.

Working hours: 17:00-24.00 ( As you will be working in U.S.A. working hours ).

Gross Compensation 1500$

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Participate and complete technical training components until an advanced level of understanding is exhibited for product line and web based solutions.
  • Must be able to execute company specific procedures and policies as well as integrate with company culture.
  • Respond to customer requests in an effective and timely manner.
  • Maintain positive customer working relationships.
  • Electronics lab experience 
  • Basic programming skills
