Responsibilities

As an IT Systems Administrator you will :

Install, configure and administer Microsoft based Servers (AD, DNS, DHCP and GPOs).
Troubleshoot Computer client related issues such as OS, Printers and Drivers etc.
Manage and Maintain Servers, Routers and Switches
Backup Management, Reporting, and Recovery
Handle issues of Virus Protection and use Eradication tool
Configure and handle troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Office applications.
Make the analysis of Security Alerts and implement the corresponding recommendations from third- party middleware software.
Create Documentation files using Visio, Excel, and MS Word.
Provide first level IT support for corporate users.

Basic Requirements

1-3 years+ working experience in an organized IT department, preferably in the retail sector
Bachelor’s Degree (AEI/TEI) in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
Strong Customer -oriented mindset
Good planning & organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
Flexibility in travelling
Good command of the English language
