  • Driving customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Acting as the primary point of communication with customers
  • Understanding clients' goals and expectations, and developing efficient online marketing plans for achieving them
  • Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  • Preparing and finalizing performance reports
  • Budgeting of digital campaigns
  • Coordinating operational resources
  • Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
  • Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
  • Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for project.
  • Identify business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.
  • Creating Content, writing reports, press releases, company brochures and similar documents
