  • Welcoming clients and visitors.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Answering and distributing phone calls, collecting messages.
  • Sorting incoming mail and packages, arranging outgoing mail with postal or courier services.
  • Typing correspondence, meeting notes, and forms.
  • Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
  • Maintaining and organizing the physical and digital library.
  • Invoicing and basic accounting duties.
