Sleed, a digital marketing agency with more than 10 years of field experience and a strategic partner of Google, is looking to fill an associate position for a Mid-Level Digital Marketing Specialist.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will serve as a high-level with a strong operations character. The role includes working within the Digital Marketing department with a focus on executing and managing all Digital Media Channels & Tools (Facebook, AdWords, Linkedin, Instagram, Newsletters Analytics, etc).

The primary responsibility of the Mid-Level Digital Marketing Specialist is to lead the Digital Marketing Team to implement the marketing strategy of each client by creating, monitoring and managing campaigns of medium/big clients. In addition, he/she will lead a team of 1-2 people while being a source of supportive power for them in the task of developing and implementing the agreed performance or branding plan.

job description iconResponsibilities
  • Where he/she reports & main responsibilities: Assist the digital marketing team with execution and optimization of paid search, display/affiliate campaigns and content marketing to boost acquisition, brand awareness, traffic generation, and conversion metrics. He/She will report directly to the Account Manager or the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Consultation: Provide expert consultation to customers of the company, helping them to make the most out of the digital tools available and used by the company
  • Serve as direct point of contact for performance, insights and strategy
  • Media Ads: Develop, schedule & optimize ads across all the main digital channels such as Google Search/Display, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter & Linkedin. In addition, he/she will contribute to the build of the annual advertising plan for each client, find & use potential target options and develop ad copy strategies
  • Performance: Demonstrate finely-tuned performance marketing skills including: bid management, keyword research/development, ad copy creation, campaign performance tracking and reporting
  • Content Marketing: Develop, schedule and upload social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Linkedin) according to the monthly content plan for each client. In addition, he/she will be involved in the visual briefs/debriefs with the graphic designers of the appropriate project.
  • Reporting: Develop customer reports by aggregating and analyzing information from web analytics tools and Data Studio. Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on advertising spend (RoAS)
  • Self-Driven: Freely share knowledge, insights, best practices, tactics and ideas across her/his team. Be motivated to ensure that knowledge of the digital marketing industry is kept up to date with a research & development attitude
  • Team Work: Demonstrate a cooperative spirit and contribute to a positive working environment. Understand the importance of achieving team goals & cooperate with different people and level of seniority
  • Main KPIs: Reach the goals of each client (performance & branding goals), create high-quality deliverables (reports, ad execution & copies, marketing plans, etc.), suggest creative & new ideas of advertising and ensure a good task/time management

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing-related positions and/or e-business, business consulting, marketing
  • Familiar with Paid Media platforms and programmatic advertising, including Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter for paid promotion, targeting, and measurement
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or any similar field (active students that have not graduated may still be accepted)
  • Familiarization with Digital Marketing Tools and Technologies
  • Basic Image Editing
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Established sense of duty and ownership
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English
