We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take over and expand the operations of our digital marketing department.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will plan and implement effective digital marketing campaigns and coordinate digital content creation. Your main goal is to translate business goals into successful marketing campaigns so as to increase brand awareness, promote company products and services and to drive prospects to conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan digital marketing campaigns, including Google display advertising, programmatic and premium display
  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. websites, landing pages, banners)
  • Coordinate video productions for digital content creation
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects
  • Coordinate and train a team of junior/mid digital marketers to perform digital marketing actions
  • Monitor and report about the performance outcome of your team.
  • Establish the web presence for our company or our clients to boost brand awareness
  • Liaise with management to convert business needs to digital marketing briefs
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
  • Handle the budget for the digital marketing activities that include digital media & digital content creation

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Marketing, Advertising, Communications or (Digital) Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in advertising and digital marketing roles
  • Good command of English language
  • Strong knowledge of analytics, DSP platforms, Microsoft Office
  • Agile & project management skills
  • Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital channels, platforms and formats
  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Self-motivated to keep up with the latest changes in advertising, digital, social media, branding and popular culture
