We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Community Manager to join our Digital team. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.

Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage ongoing strategic image on social media, enforcing the strategic guidelines as defined by the company
  • Set up and execute social media content calendars for all the company brands, on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage multiple social platforms, fostering a positive community and adding value to the users’ experience
  • Assist with conception, presentation and implementation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Focus copy and content creation on driving improved engagement and brand loyalty
  • Set up, execute, and monitoring e-mail marketing campaigns and social media contests.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  • Support the company’s presence in various events, with social media coverage on-the-spot.

Requirements

  • Excellent use of English language (spoken and written)
  • Expert in Social Media management (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter) & newsletter platforms
  • Familiar with CMS content upload.
  • Working experience in the fields of digital marketing, advertising, or content marketing.
  • Optional use of Adobe Photoshop & Video editing
  • Basic skills on photography and video shooting
  • Degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Ability to write content in English, for blogs, social media or websites
