We are currently looking for a Back Office Administrator to join our team in Athens!

Responsibilities

What will your typical day look like?

  • Process and manage orders in our ERP system
  • Import data into our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to address questions and concerns
  • Coordinate with our production team to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Manage inventory levels and assist with purchasing as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Basic Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
  • Experience with Soft1 ERP system will be considered a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
