On behalf of our client, a startup company with expertise in the field of robotics, that introduces a novel solution which by the use of robotic technology and artificial intelligence aims to transform assessment phases into a smart procedure, we are looking for a professional Operations Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities

What will you do?
As an Operations Manager, you will provide support in a variety of key activities, including improvement of key processes and performance,  formulating strategy and procuring material and resources. 

Especially you will:

  • Oversee daily operations of the company including Product Management and Development, Platform Operations, HR, Finance
  • Designing and implementing product management and business operations, ensuring that all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practice
  • Plan, manage, coordinate, and execute client projects flawlessly through collaboration with business and engineering team members
  • Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Supervise team, perform quality control, evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and team productivity metrics
  • Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Basic Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in similar role 
  • BSc/MSc degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science or related field
  • Strong growth mindset on Entrepreneurship, Ownership, Urgency, Empathy, Detail-oriented, Structured, and Hands-on matters
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication
  • Experience with MS Office and project management tools (Jira, Monday)
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • You don't shy away from administrative tasks
  • Ability to multitask and manage various projects/requests/issues
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Leadership ability

Good to have

  • Experience working in an early stage startup environment
  • IT/Engineering Background will be considered a plus
