How does a typical day look like? You will be involved with:

• Job postings development
• Resume screening
• Interview coordination
• Sourcing and outreaching passive applicants
• Interviewing candidates, conducting interview reports, and developing candidate shortlists
• Communicating with clients and delivering shortlists
• Carrying out very interesting employer branding projects for our clients
• Researching candidate sources, best practices, and current salaries on the respective market
• Constantly growing a diverse candidate network

• Work with multi-national clients from various industries
