A Receptionist at Holmes Place Clubs, welcomes our members to the Clubs, handles customer service and the Club call center. Additionally reception team members coordinate the retail sales of the corner shop located in the Club.

The job purpose of Receptionist is to deliver the highest standard of customer service to members and guests, and to contribute individually to the achievement of set financial targets for the reception and retail area.

Main accountabilities:

  1. Welcoming members to the Club, following the company's process
  2. Ensuring customer service is at superior level, continuously improving members' experience 
  3. Call center management (Incoming - Outgoing calls)
  4. Retail corner shop sales
  5. Handling payments from the retail shop
  6. Coordination and organization of booking for specific services
  7. Recording incidents / complaints by members on a daily basis
  8. Opening and closing the premises
