We are looking for Account Manager to join our team!

job description iconResponsibilities

An Account Manager will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Increase B2B sales with new clients through phone and skype communication and occasional visits to clients’ offices when needed.

Your responsibilities in Apifon will include:

  • Understanding of market and customer needs in order to develop new clientele
  • Communicating with customers in order to promote Apifon services
  • Keeping up with market developments and competition
  • Responsibility for the increase in the number of customers
  • Responsibility for planning bulk campaigns on customers’  behalf
  • Responsibility for the completion of all procedures involving a new customer: payments, collecting billing information, filling forms (described in the sales procedures)
  • Responsibility for updating the CRM with all collected information and the negotiations that have been made.

Major Challenges

  • Achieve sales goals and targets while complying with the Pricing Policy

Requirements / Experience

  • Necessary experience in similar tasks (B2B phone sales)
  • Experience in telephone sales and professional communication through skype
  • Experience in CRM and ERP systems


  • Excellent Knowledge of English (oral and written)
  • Excellent skills in MS office and Internet programs
