We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative in our Premium Placements team to contribute in generating sales for efood. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. You should feel comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. Your main goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

  • Contact potential or existing partners to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products/ services or the company
  • Understand customer requirements and close deals
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Maintain and strengthen the company’s reputation by building relationships and consult appropriately our partners
  • Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Maintain and update records of actions and sales by implementing task prioritization
  • Be accountable, proactive and take initiative for your assigned area of responsibility

job requirements iconBasic Requirements
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or in other sales/customer role
  • Great track record or successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Team player
  • Patient and approachable
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • BSc/BA will be a plus
