We are expanding and looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and professional Travel Operations Agent to join our team and become a crucial element in our success. The ideal candidate will have some experience in the tourism industry and will demonstrate adaptability, multi-tasking skills, and quality work.  

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Handling online and phone bookings from start to finish
  • Meeting & Greeting guests
  • Daily coordination of partners (tour guides, transfer vehicles, partner tour operators etc)
  • Offering travel solutions based on customers’ requirements via e-mail and phone
  • Resolving all customer service matters proficiently
  • Negotiating and closing deals with tour operators  
  • Analysing customer experience data through Social Media & Review Platforms & making relevant proposals
  • Contributing to various administrative and managerial activities of the department
