Daily support (via call center, email & Skype) to the hotels using the booking engine platform of WebHotelier for their direct online reservations.

Quick reflex, practical thinking, teamwork, politeness, consistency, will to learn and train. Resolving technical & sales issues & providing assistance on the every day work flow to the hotels.
