Role

We are looking for a System Engineer - Unified Communications to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot the rapidly expanding UCC infrastructure of our clients. You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement Contact Center solutions that will include design, installation and support.
  • Troubleshoot critical voice and network issues.
  • Work closely with the application development team to resolve defect issues and customer requested enhancements.
  • Reproduce at a lab environment, complex technical problems for Root Cause Analysis and resolution.
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.

job requirements iconBasic Requirements

dot_iconBSs degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.

dot_iconProven working experience of at least 2 years in IT solutions for Contact Centers and UCC.

dot_iconExcellent experience in Windows Server 2012 and Red Hat Linux.

dot_iconSolid understanding of accessibility and security compliance.

dot_iconExcellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and English.

dot_iconValid CCNA Collaboration or CCNP Collaboration certification.

dot_iconExperience in Microsoft Skype for Business

dot_iconExperience of VoIP technologies and SIP related protocols and implementations .
