Sugar World – Aliprantis LTD is one of the largest suppliers of cake decorating products and pastry raw materials in Greece. The company was established in 1990, in order to provide pastry shops with innovative products and all necessary tools. Our customer list includes pastry shops, bakeries, hotels, catering companies, retail shops and wholesalers. We were also the first to start carrying out approved, professionally tutored training courses for cake decoration in Greece.

We are now looking for a B2B Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a mix of new business and current account management, with emphasis on growing our professional network throughout the country.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Call handling, collecting orders and helping with details regarding our wide range of products
  • Regular travelling around Attica and mainland
  • Current key customers’ care
  • Expanding sales network by approaching pastry shops, bakeries, catering companies and more
  • Supporting processes in close cooperation with warehouse and finance departments
  • Monitoring competitors
  • Effectively promote products on offer
  • Reporting on a daily and monthly basis

PROFILE

  • Preferably previous experience in B2B sales
  • Field sales experience highly appreciated
  • Ability to deal with demanding customers over the phone and face-to-face
  • Ability to maintain trustful relationships
  • Professional approach
  • Energetic, team spirited and open to co-operation
  • Social, outgoing and confident
  • Full driving licence
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Able to prioritise and work under pressure towards tight deadlines
  • Analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
  • Able to multi task and organise own workflow
