Successfully handling everyday business activities as service incidents, installation, preventive maintenance and system modification on demand for products within area of expertise

Execute service activities coordinated via the Customer Care Center, in an adequate and appropriate manner

Escalate incidents according to the defined parameters

Reporting ability of incidents using proper documentation

Comply with national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthineers

B/Msc in related subject such as Biomedical Engineering

Experience in the area of diagnostics medical devices& systems

Analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot a problem

Excellent business English & MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Fluent in Greek language

Ability to Travel

Team work and good communication skill

*Additional knowledge in Hematology and Immunology area &systems will be highly appreciated
