We are looking for a Front Office Administrator to join our team!
Responsibilities
What will a typical day look like? You will:
- Provide administrative & secretarial support
- Greet visitors/clients with a positive and professional attitude
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events
- Make travel arrangements for the senior colleagues
- Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties
- Order office supplies & consumables (stationery etc.)
- Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette
Basic Requirements
- 1+ year prior experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Flexibility to work in different shifts
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Outlook
- Professionalism & consistency
- Excellent communication skills
- Management & multitasking skills
Good to have
- ECDL, VELLUM or other equivalent certification will be appreciated
