We are looking for Field Service Technician to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities including maintenance, repair, and calibration of field equipment (Mobile and Crawler Cranes). The successful candidate will be a problem solver who is responsive to customers' needs.

Your main responsibilities as a Field Service Technician in our company will be:

  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting of Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical systems
  • Major and minor services
  • Routine maintenance, repairs and component replacements
  • Finding the right spare parts from the Web Spare parts book
  • On-Call support in case of Troubleshooting
  • Completing detailed service reporting and manufacturers documentation

Basic Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems (theory and practical)
  • Ability to read Electric/ Hydraulic drawings
  • Very Good oral and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Ability to travel in Greece/ Cyprus and abroad.
  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work overtime as required
  • User of MS Windows and Outlook tools

Character Requirements:

  • Liking to work with others and assist on task completion
  • Being curiosity-driven: how-it-works attitude
  • Loving to search for solutions that make a machine work
  • Having a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
