We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and result-oriented sales professional to join our team and handle B2B business development and key account management in foreign countries. The successful candidate must be organized, positive, possibly multilingual, passionate for sales with enthusiasm and energy to develop sales strategies. You should excel in negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. You should have excellent communication skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Report and provide feedback to management
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Attend meeting, sales events and perform sales trainings to customers

  • Availability to travel abroad up to 50% of the time
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Fluent in English
  • Passion for sales
  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
