Marketing Specialist helps to develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels. Their work includes researching the market, analyzing trends to help define the organization's marketing strategy, and providing advice as to how to best reach the target market. They may also help with the coordination of events such as campaigns, pre-campaigns and/ or conferences.

More precisely, our Marketing Specialist’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy
  • Managing company’s brand name in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Yammer) and developing strategic communication, achieving engagement and promoting the company's products and services via these channels
  • Constant communication with other departments of the company (HR, Commercial) to create content, as well as management of cases in social media
  • Ensuring all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes and content
  • Managing and evaluating the results of communication, events, company’s pre-campaigns & campaigns as well as digital campaigns
  • Responsibility for creating, designing, and proper use of content within the marketing team
  • Designing and creating the marketing materials according to marketing department’s strategy (e.g. polo t-shirts for campaigns, leaflets for company’s products, etc. based on the needs)
  • Assisting the manager of the department with technical trainings and presentations as well as communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
  • Supporting any other ad-hoc tasks may come to marketing department from key stakeholders (internal & external)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, digital marketing, advertising, communications or Agriculture
  • Proven working experience as a marketing assistant/ coordinator/ specialist or similar role the past 2-4 years
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge in graphic design systems and content management systems
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and/or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Good knowledge of Social Media, e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook Business Manager/ pages
  • Attitude: self-motivated, open-minded, curious, positive, creative, enthusiastic, dynamic, energetic and entrepreneur
  • Military obligations need to be fulfilled for male candidates
  • Driving license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
  • Experience working with budgets and forecasting
  • Data collection, KPI analysis, and reporting
