job description iconResponsibilities

As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible to establish direct communication with new clients, helping them get a better understanding of the benefits of e-satisfaction.com and leading them to make the first step in their journey with e-satisfaction.com 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Discover and qualify new prospects, based on specific qualification criteria 
  • Communicate with prospects in order to help them discover how awesome we are
  • Establish communication, either through outbound sales effort or by managing inbound leads 
  • Work with prospects to adjust the value proposition of the solution to their needs and priorities 
  • Cooperate with the Customer Success Team to convert leads to paying clients 
  • Maintain company’s CRM & other tools that are used internally

job requirements iconBasic Requirements
  • 1-3 years in a business development / acquisition position
  • Experience from related fields (Digital Agency, Software as a Service, Technology Solutions Account Management, e-Commerce, Consulting)
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills in both Greek & English
  • Experience in phone, face to face & digital sales
  • A demonstrable understanding of multi-channel retail or customer experience market
  • Results driven and good in time management and prioritization
  • Passion for and desire to work & thrive within the e-commerce space
  • A high level of personal organization and time management skill set
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong networking skills
