Our Team is growing  and we are looking for a passionate Product Owner who will manage complex software products end-to-end (production, sales, maintenance). You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams. As we are a growing company, we are looking for someone who is willing to take on multiple daily tasks outside their typical role. This means you will assume full ownership of an early-state product from day one and you will be required to maintain, organize and grow all its functions including client-facing tasks & customer feedback.

Responsibilities

As a Software Product Owner you will: 

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, custom to the Marine Industry
  • Organize software releases, testing processes and prioritization flow
  • Organize customer support and after-sales operations
  • Coordinate and maintain complex integrations as required by our software solutions
  • Generate new ideas that grow market share and improve customer experience
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Build awareness and understanding of the product by developing expansion strategies
  • Identify sales opportunities in accordance with the company’s strategic plans and actively pursue sales leads

Basic Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven relevant work experience in a tech- oriented business
  • Experience in leading a team and cross-functional projects
  • Tech-savvy with maximum attention to detail
  • Experience with Jira System
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek & English
  • Demonstrate a pioneering spirit and a problem-solving mindset
