Job Description:
PROPERTY CONSULTANT
We are looking for professional property consultants who will be assisting and guiding our valued clients during the property purchasing.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the residential and commercial real estate sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Intermediary between property buyers and sellers
- Negotiating the right price under the best terms and conditions
- Determining clients needs and financials abilities
- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Knowledge about the property purchase processes in Greece
- Consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
- Ensuring a fair and honest sales process
- Acquisition of new properties for sale and rent
- Display and market properties to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
- Execute property valuations
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, banks, developers and contractors
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven working experience in the real estate sector or experience in sales
- Fluent in English, Greek and knowledge of any additional languages is a plus
- Proven sales record in previous position
- Flexible attitude towards working late hours
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Technologically savvy; comfortable with technology and solutions and able to apply technology to help our clients
- Experience in working in an international environment and with international clients
- Experience in working with CRM Systems or Client Database
- Other Skills: Motivated, Persuasive, Networker
