A software company with active participation in the telecom sector is looking for a junior technical engineer to assist on customer support and testing of existing products. The candidate will work remotely from home but should be based in Thessaloniki, Greece.

The individual should consistently support the mission and values of the company by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Software testing
2. Customer support
3. Work remotely with a team of developers and product owners
4. Occasional field CW drive test measurement campaigns abroad

EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

IEK/TEI/AEI in STEM

QUALIFICATIONS:

General Skills: 

Problem solver that can make the extra step. Demonstrated excellent relationship skills, collaboration, positive attitude and friendly demeanour. 

Machine Skills:                                

Above-average level of expertise in operating computer software and hardware

Language Skills:                              

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in English, including excellent listening skills.
