We are a group of professionals located in Metamorfosis (industrial area) Athens, Greece, with experience in the area of manufacturing medical and industrial recording papers focusing on medical monitors such as cardiographs, fetal and maternal monitors, spirometers etc. Over all these years, we have added a wide range of medical consumables, that we hand-picked after extensive research. Our goal is to always deliver an optimum value-for-money ratio.

The main shareholder of the company pioneered this industry in Greece, being one of the first entrepreneurs to invest in the manufacturing of medical charts in Greece over 40 years ago.

And where did the name “Kardiagram” come from?
The answer is simple:

Kardia - stands for kardia (Kardia gives us medical terms such
as cardiac, cardiovascular, cardiologist, etc.)
Diagram - A graph or chart.

Our logo illustrates the dynamism of our business across its operations, from
medical charts printing, through the production, sales, to customer service.

Kardiagram is growing and expanding and seeking a Junior Customer Service & Accounting Assistant to add to the team!

Our offices are 17 minutes walking distance from Metamorfosis Suburban Railway.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a small but energetic work environment, that takes pride in being detail oriented while being able to learn on the job every day!

Your Main Responsibilities in our Company will be:

  • Answering inbound telephone calls and inquiries from existing customers and prospects.
  • Invoicing
  • Communicating with our third-party accountant
  • Communicating with our suppliers
  • Up selling and cross selling to our customers, offering alternative solutions and providing complete customer satisfaction.
  • Effortlessly managing our financial in a platform
  • Proactively reviewing backorder reports on customer orders.
  • Securing financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential.
  • Updating financial data in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that information is accurate
  • Reacting in a timely manner if the information is not accurate
  • Developing, measuring KPIs and preparing reports
  • Making outbound calls to existing customers using customer listings.
  • Providing technical support for customers and field sales representatives.
  • Providing post-shipment follow up to ensure personalized customer service.
  • Creating or assisting in MS Office projects
