On behalf of our client, one of the largest Greek Construction Groups with a leading position in the domestic and international market, listed on the stock exchange, we are looking for an experienced professional to cover the position of the SAP MM/SD Consultant!

Responsibilities

What will you do?

Support and participate in SAP implementations through: Prepare, Explore, Realize, Go-
Live and Support all phases
Business Analysis and Solution design on SD primary topics and MM if possible
Perform application configuration using the tools and features of SAP SD/MM
Components for Change Requests and small projects
Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SAP SD/MM modules
Work with external Consultants to complete implementation projects within budget/time, ensuring quality and adoption
Guide and provide assistance to team members on a variety of Logistics topics
Set up and maintain SAP Configuration Data
Train End-Users and ensure documentations are done as per the Group’s standard
Resolve tickets and provide support as per the agreed SLAs
Host regular reviews with business personnel on status & performance and incorporate their feedback into service delivery
Conduct technical training to fellow Associates / New joiners

Basic Requirements

The ideal candidate would combine the following set of soft and hard skills:

BSc/MSc degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information
Systems
At least 2 years of hands on, project based SAP SD or MM experience gained on actual projects or
support organization
Standard customizing, configuration and project life cycle implementation skills within SAP SD and/or MM are required.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek & English

Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written
presentation and listening
Must be able to work as a team player yet have the ability to work independently
Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach
Strong stakeholder management ability
Ability to multi-task and manage various projects/requests/issues

Good to have

Completion of SAP course/Certifications or project work through academics is a plus
Previous experience working with large and complex matrix structures will be considered as a plus
