We are currently looking for an IT Billing Engineer to join our team.
 

What will your typical day to day look like? You will:

• Be responsible for the electric power and gas billing process and data validation of electric power and gas customers
• Handle large customers and Ad-Hoc reporting (SQL/Power BI)
• Manage billing matters and make checks and/or corrections when necessary
• Be involved in billing operations analysis and in UAT's and QAT's for billing system changes
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications to third party services (developers) for process improvements
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve and enhance the billing system
• Communicate with external parties regarding critical billing matters (HEDNO, IPTO etc.)
• Participate in various ad hoc projects
• Be involved in 3rd level customer care support
