We are looking to hire, through our Graduate Programme Discover, recently graduated Software Developers. You will have the chance to work for a technology leading company while you will be investing on your personal development.

Areas you could be working in:

  • Back-End Development in Microservices & JavaEE
  • Front-End Development in React.js
  • Android development in Kotlin
  • iOS Development in Swift
  • Software Test with automation tools (e.g. Selenium)

Application Process:

When you apply for the Vodafone Discover Programme you will be asked to fill out an application form. This allows us to get to know you and your background of experience. As part of your application, you will also be required to answer additional pre-screening questions to fully complete your application. You will also be asked to attach your CV in English.

If your background and experience match the requirements, you will be invited to participate in our online assessment. This allows us to see if you are the right fit for the Vodafone culture. Please complete your application process in English.

After the online assessment the most successful candidates will be invited to participate in the group activities which will be held in our Vodafone Offices in Athens.

  • Compute Science or related degree - this could include degrees in, but not limited to, electrical engineering, computer science, software development
  • Strong academic performance
  • Maximum 2 years of working experience

  • Passion for technology and the future of digital 
  • Dedicated to making tomorrow’s world better than today
