We are currently growing rapidly, delivering conversational self service projects across 15+ countries. We are looking for an Operations Coordinator with studies in Business Management and/or Engineering to join our world-class Operations team.

Successful candidates will possess ambition, enthusiasm and proven creativity, aptitude for analytical and creative thinking, with sharp attention to detail. They should be self motivated; taking goal oriented initiatives; well organised for both team and/ or solo assignments; keen to nurture and lead a small team of associates; accountable within demanding deadlines.

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities of the operations team.
  • Work with the operations team to implement improvement plans.
  • Arrange meetings, maintain and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Track activity and monitor progress of improvement plans.
  • Compile and publish progress reports; recommend actions.
  • Map business processes into workflow charts and diagrams.
  • Study and analyze business processes dependencies.
  • Document operational processes’ requirements and specifications
  • Maintain the library of current versions of business processes

job requirements iconBasic Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a relevant role.
  • Extremely self-organized with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to undertake work both independently and as part of a team
  • Detailed and focused, with strong analytical thinking and ability to understand the “big picture”.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Management (or relevant) will be considered a plus.
  • Understanding of software development and service delivery industries.
