On behalf of our client, a startup company with expertise in the field of robotics that introduces a novel solution which by the use of robotic technology and artificial intelligence aims to transform assessment phases into a smart procedure, we are looking for a motivated and creative Autonomous Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Engineer to join our team!


As an Autonomous UAS Engineer, you will:

  • Develop and optimize real-time flight algorithms spanning core topics such as i) computer vision, ii) SLAM, iii) sensor fusion, iv) motion planning, and v) control
  • Design robust, efficient, and well-tested code on a product development level
  • Develop a deep understanding of core robotic principles and how UAS works
  • Be flexible to collaborate on whichever problems we might encounter outside the field of expertise
  • Participate in missions for testing the systems in real-world environments

Basic Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven working experience in Robotics Engineering or a similar role
  • Professional experience in C++ and Python in the ROS (Robot Operating System) environment
  • Direct hands-on experience with implementing computer vision, SLAM, sensor fusion, motion planning, or control algorithms on a product development level
  • Previous UAS experience is a must
  • Good software engineering foundation and committed to writing clean, tested, and well-structured code
  • A good team player willing to work in a dynamic and ambitious team
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written communication)

Good to have

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of Cloud environments, such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
